Smithville Telephone can now offer online account management and billing.

You can now pay your Smithville Telephone service bill online, as well as using a whole host of other useful services.

View your list of calls, check unknown numbers by simply clicking on them, or keep an eye on your phone usage.

EBPP

The System is called Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (or EBPP for short).
It will be accessible online most of the time from this location by clicking on the Account Login button below. However, there are certain infrequent times when the system will not be available, and we will try to post these times here in advance.

Times when Unavailable

In order to keep the system as efficient as possible, we will be making daily updates to the account management system. To keep the disruption to a minimum our updates will be performed in the early hours of the morning.

The system will therefore be unavailable everyday between the hours of 2am and 4am.

Also, the system will be unavailable during our routine maintenance which occur about 3 times a month. The schedule for maintenance times this month will appear below. Please Note - This list is subject to change.

Smithville Account Number

Last 4 digits of social security number

Customer Proprietary Network Info(CPNI)Password

CPNI is your confidential subscriber personal account information. You need your password to give access to this information in our records.

To obtain this password, contact our office at (812) 876-2211 between the hours of 8am to 5pm EST Monday-Friday.

You will be asked to provide an email address, username (which will be your account number), and a password will be emailed to you after a few minutes.
Once you have your password and login for the first time, you may change your password in your account settings.

The password is required to be at least 6 characters long and can be letters and/or numbers.

Once you have signed up, you can log in at any time by coming back to this screen and clicking the login button below.
